Elections to Executive Committee (EC) 2024-2026
Dear ISNO member
The cycle of elections to the Executive Committee (EC) of ISNO was regularized last year after disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In continuation of the same, please find the call for filing nomination for election to ISNO EC for the post of Vice-President (2024-25) and members (2024-2026) representing the disciplines of Basic sciences, Neuro-pathology, Neuro-imaging, and Neuro-sciences.
Eligibility criteria are as follows:
1. Vice-President shall be elected from among the members of the ISNO and should have a standing of at least 8 years in the field of neurological sciences. He/she should have previously served for at least 2 years on the EC of ISNO. He/she shall hold office for a term of one year. The Vice President will be nominated as the President after the term of the current President is completed.
2. EC Members on the EC shall be elected from among the life members of ISNO with good standing in the field and active contribution to ISNO activities. He/she would represent his/her respective discipline on the EC for 2-years from appointment. Members can apply for one post each representing Basic sciences, Neuro-pathology, Neuro-imaging, and Neuro-sciences.
Last date of receiving the application form: 29th February 2024
Last date of withdrawal of nomination: 10th March 2024
Declaration of results: (in General Body Meeting - April 2024)
